Defendant, Gregory J. Gabert, was convicted of five felonies upon his pleas of nolo contendere and was sentenced to an aggregate term of twenty-two to fifty years to serve in prison. He appeals, claiming errors at the plea and sentencing hearings. We affirm.

V.R.Cr.P. 11(c)

V.R.Cr.P. 11(c) provides in part:

The court shall not accept a plea of guilty or nolo contendere without first, by addressing the defendant personally in open court, informing him of and determining that he understands the following:(1) the nature of the charge to which the plea is offered ____
