INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Daniel Spano (“Plaintiff’) brings this putative class action lawsuit against V & J National Enterprises, LLC (“V & J National”), V & J United Enterprises, LLC (“V & J United”), and V & J Holding Companies, Inc. (“V & J Holding”) (collectively, “Defendants”), for damages allegedly sustained as a result of Defendants’ illicit wage practices. (Dkt. 1).
