Reversing.
In October, 1934, a mortgagee and other creditors of Weedin L. Tipton, deceased, sued Ms widow, Weeda Tipton, Ms four children (under fourteen years of age) and the administrator, seeMng a settlement of his estate and a sale of his land, consisting of 75 acres, for the payment of debts. In June, 1936, it was sold for $635, the sale confirmed and a deed executed by the court.
