Johnson v. McKinney

This bill was filed on April 29, 1946, by Carmon E. Johnson and his wife, Katherine Johnson, against G. E. McKinney and Virgil B. Holder. The object is to have removed as a cloud upon the complainants’ title the sale of a tract of land of 29 acres owned by complainants as tenants by the entireties.
