Rulon, J.:

Greg Batt, plaintiff, appeals from the trial court’s order granting defendants Globe Engineering Company and Jack Johnson’s motion for an involuntary dismissal of plaintiff s claims of defamation and breach of employment contract, and the court’s judgment in favor of Johnson on plaintiffs claim of tortious interference with a contractual relationship.

We are presented with three issues: whether the trial court erred in (1) refusing to admit the transcript from plaintiffs unemployment benefit hearing; (2) granting defendants’ motion for involuntary dismissal of plaintiff s defamation…
