Rhonda Maddox (“Appellant”) appeals the judgment entered following a jury trial finding her to be disabled and unable to manage her financial resources and appointing Beverly Sue Ryan (“Respondent”), Clay County Public Administrator, as her conservator. Appellant asserts two points on appeal.
