Defendant was found guilty by a district court jury of a charge of aggravated robbery, Minn.St.1971, § 609.245, and was sentenced by the trial court to a term of 3 to 20 years at the state reformatory pursuant to Minn.St.1971, §§ 609.11 and 609.245.
