Plaintiffs, William B. Thomas and Robert S. Thomas, sought to recover a 6% finder’s fee from defendants, John Daubs, doing business as Daubs Disposal Service, and Daubs Landfill, Inc., for obtaining a buyer for the landfill, as per an alleged oral contract between the parties.
