This was an action in case brought by the defendants in error, Sarah Bell, the wife of Arthur Bell, deceased, Lucinda E. Bell, Hugh Bell, Mary Bell, Sarah Bell, and Jane A. Bell, the minor children of the said Sarah Bell and Arthur Bell, deceased, in the Circuit Court of Kendall County, against the plaintiffs in error, Jacob Helmuth and Albertina Helmuth, afterward removed by change of venue to the City Court of Aurora, Kane County, where it was tried, resulting in a verdict of $5,000 against the defendants, upon which judgment was rendered by the court.
