This is a suit between the administrators, with the wills annexed, of the estates of Mr. and Mrs. Fletcher Trotter, who were husband and wife, and involves a number of transactions between this married couple. Mr. Trotter owned at the time of his death property worth not less than $66,000, its inventory value, and Mrs. Trotter owned property of much smaller value. They had been married more than fifty years when Mrs. Trotter died July 10, 1936. No child had ever been born to them.
