(after stating the facts.) We need not pause to consider the question whether the parties to the first conveyance intended the same to be an absolute conveyance, or a security for debt. It is conceded by appellants that the consideration named in the deed was a past-due indebtedness from Hanna-ford to the Commission Company, that the reconveyance was agreed upon before the execution of the first deed, and that both deeds were prepared at the same time, and were practically a part of the same transaction.
