CHAPMAN, District Judge.
This case originated in the Court of Common Pleas for Lee County, South Carolina, and was removed to this Court on grounds of diversity of citizenship. The plaintiff alleges that he was injured when the door of a boxcar, which he was unloading, fell upon him.
