SIMONS, District Judge.
This matter is before the court upon defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment. There is also pending plaintiff’s Motion for a Rule to Show Cause why defendant should not be held in contempt.
On August 18, 1971, Winnebago Industries, Inc., hereinafter “Winnebago,” and Superior Motors, Inc., hereinafter “Superior,” entered into a “Retail Sales and Service Agreement” whereby Superior became Winnebago’s authorized retail dealer for the purchase, sale, and service of Winnebago products in the Orangeburg County, South Carolina, geographical area. 1 Provisions of that…
