Plaintiff, Domociel Sutton, appeals from a summary judgment for the defendants, Mitchell Company, Louise Taylor, Paula Hall, and Agnes Ellis, on a complaint alleging negligent maintenance and construction of a sidewalk; negligent repair of a sidewalk; and failure to render assistance to Sutton after having undertaken to do so.
