Paul W. Brosman, Judge:

This accused, Brown, was convicted by a general court-martial convened in Korea of the larceny of a quantity of motor oil, property of the United States, as well as of a wrongful sale of the same oil — violations, respectively, of Articles 121 and 108, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC §§ 715, 702. The convictions have been approved by the convening authority and affirmed by a board of review in the office of The Judge Advocate General, United States Army.
