This is a suit brought in the circuit court of Montgomery County, in equity, by the State of Alabama, on the relation of the Attorney General of the State, against C. J. Larson and Virgil C. Moore, a partnership, doing business as Tide Finance Company, and C. J. Larson, Virgil C. Moore and M. R. Rice, individually.
