This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered in an action for a declaratory judgment with respect to the coverage of an insurance policy issued by Plaintiff-Appellee (the Insurer), by which Defendant-Appellant (the Insured) was insured against liability for injuries arising from the operation of a newly acquired automobile.
