OPINION
CAPPY, Justice.
This is a direct appeal from an Order of the trial court denying post-conviction relief in a death penalty case.1 For the following reasons, we affirm the Order of the trial court.
On June 22, 1983, Appellant, George Banks, was convicted by a jury of twelve counts of murder of the first degree. He was also convicted of one count of murder of the third degree, attempted murder, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, robbery and theft of a motor vehicle.2 Following a penalty hearing, appellant was sentenced to death on each of the twelve counts of first…
