of the Commission of Appeals, Section A, delivered the opinion for the court.

This suit was filed in the District Court of Bexar County, Texas, by Mountain Townsite Company, a corporation, against L. B. Cooper and Mrs. Ellen Proctor to enjoin the sale of certain real property in Bexar County by trustee. Simply stated Mrs. Proctor holds an indebtedness against this land secured by a deed of trust containing power of sale. The indebtedness secured by the deed of trust was past due and unpaid.
