Decided March 17, 1997PublishedCited by 1 opinion

1Opinion of the Court

Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Egitto, J.), rendered May 1, 1995, convicting him of murder in the second degree (two counts), kidnapping in the first degree, grand larceny in the fourth degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree (two counts), and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress his statements to law enforcement authorities.
