Petitioners seek review of several orders of the Civil Aeronautics Board con*506solidating and excluding route applications with a resulting delineation of five comparative proceedings all focusing on service between various points in the South.1 Contending that the challenged orders constitute an abuse of discretion and deprivation of rights guaranteed under Ashbacker Radio Corporation v. Federal Communications Commission,2 petitioners sought a stay of the scheduled comparative proceedings pending review by this court.
