MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff Samuel Molina brings this action against defendants Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”), Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC (“Ocwen”), and Shapiro & Burson, LLP (“Shapiro & Burson”) alleging that their involvement in the acquisition, servicing, and foreclosure of his subprime mortgage violated the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Fair Housing Act, section 1982 of the Civil Rights Act, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”).
