The bill alleges, in effect, among other things, that complainant is the owner of certain lands therein described, through which flows the Santa Ana river; that of said lands about 135 acres are irrigable from said river; that in and through said lands are percolating waters, to the amount of 2,500 miners’ inches, measured under a 4-inch pressure; that complainant, prior to the filing of said bill, and on the dates therein mentioned, posted on said lands notices and claims of intended diversions of the waters of said stream, aggregating 30,000 inches, measured under a…
