This is a purported class action brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) for unpaid overtime wages allegedly owed to plaintiffs and other similarly situated employees of defendant Electronic Data Systems (“EDS” or “Defendant”) for, inter alia, installing and testing telecommunications systems for American Airlines.
