MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

RICHARD J. HOLWELL, District Judge:

In this action, plaintiffs allege on behalf of themselves and all others similarly situated that defendant Electronic Data Systems Corp. (“EDS”) miselassified them as exempt, denying them overtime pay for hours they worked in excess of forty per week. This motion seeks certification as a collective action under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq.
