Cherie Kay Pankow, individually and as the temporary administratrix of her deceased husband, Steven Paul Pankow, (the Pankows) appeals from a final summary judgment entered in favor of Colonial Life Insurance Company of Texas (Colonial Life) and Colonial Savings and Loan Association (Colonial Savings).
