This is a suit by a prisoner seeking information related to himself and eight other individuals pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552 (“FOIA”). 1 Before the Court are cross-motions for summary judgment 2 on whether the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”) and the Drug Enforcement Agency (“DEA”) properly withheld a number of documents in whole or in part.
