ORDER DENYING WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS
DAVID W. WILLIAMS, District Judge.
Petitioner, a former deputy sheriff of Los Angeles County, was convicted by a jury in the Superior Court of that county for a violation of Penal Code § 187, murder in the second degree. The judgment was affirmed by the California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate Division, in an unpublished opinion. (Crim.No.18674, June 22, 1971).
