This is an action for wrongful death. Plaintiffs decedent was born May 9, 1981, and died September 7, 1981. Plaintiff was appointed personal representative of decedent’s estate on December 8,1983. On February 17,1984, plaintiff, as personal representative, filed the present wrongful death action, naming Eastmoreland Gynecological Clinic, East-moreland General Hospital, Anthony Córtese and David Mack as defendants.
