I. Nature of the Case

Jay P. Clark (“Clark”), a licensed Idaho attorney since 1996, appeals the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Recommendation filed by the Hearing Committee of the Professional Conduct Board of the Idaho State Bar (“Committee”), which suspended Clark from the practice of law and imposed certain conditions should he ever seek any transfer to an active status license.
