MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
TERRY L. MYERS, CHIEF U.S. BANKRUPTCY JUDGE
Chapter 7 Trustee, Jeremy Gugino (“Trustee”), commenced this adversary proceeding to deny the discharge of Jay P. Clark (“Debtor”).1 Trustee initially alleged causes under §§ 727(a)(2)(B), (a)(3), and (a)(4). In addition, at the close of trial Trustee moved to amend his complaint to include a count under § 727(a)(6)(A). The Court subsequently ordered the parties to address this motion in their closing briefs.
