The parties will be. designated as in the trial court. This was an action upon a surety bond. One J. W. Lewis entered into a written contract with plaintiff, dated February 1, 1910, wherein it was agreed that the said Lewis was to purchase'certain medicine and other goods from plaintiff and sell the same in Caddo county, Okla.
