In these consolidated cases involving contractual provisions that grant superseniority to the respondents’ recording secretary and financial secretary, respectively, petitioner National Labor Relations Board (the “Board”) seeks enforcement of its orders finding respondents in violation of sections 8(b)(1)(A) and (b)(2) of the National Labor Relations Act (the “Act”), 29 U.S.C. § 158(b)(1)(A), (b)(2).
