This reciprocal discipline ease comes before us on a report that the State of Michigan Attorney Discipline Board has suspended respondent’s license to practice law in Michigan for 240 days and conditioned her *1022reinstatement upon proof of fitness for respondent’s neglect of client Duane McGor-man. Accordingly, upon consideration of the attached Report and Recommendation of the Board on Professional Responsibility, to which Bar Counsel takes no exception and respondent has not filed an exception, it is

ORDERED that respondent, Jeanne A. Carr-Kennedy, is hereby suspended from the practice of law…
