James E. Travers (Appellant) appeals from an order of the Cameron County Court of Common Pleas sustaining the preliminary objection in the nature of a demur rer of the Cameron County School District (School District) and dismissing Appellants complaint against School District with prejudice because it did not and could not state a cause of action against School District. We reverse and remand.
