This is an appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County dismissing defendant Lankenau Hospital’s post-trial motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or, in the alternative, for a new trial, and plaintiff Dr. Pavle Paul’s motion for removal of nonsuits. Paul had brought suit against Lankenau because of his termination as a research scientist in August of 1980 for removing five small refrigerators from the hospital.
