OPINION
CRIPPEN, Judge.*
Appellant grandfather challenges the district court’s decision to grant an order for protection (OFP) in favor of his grandchild, who lived in the household in which appellant abused his daughter, the child’s mother. Appellant claims that the district court abused its discretion by issuing the OFP because the child’s mother, not the child, was the alleged victim of the abuse.
