Before the Court are (1) Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ Complaint for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction and to Enforce a Mandatory Agreement to Arbitrate all Disputes (“Dismissal Motion”) and (2) Plaintiffs’ Motion to Sever and Remand (“Sever/Remand Motion”) (together the “Motions”).
