This is a suit for damages instituted by C. B. Jones and his wife, Eudella Jones, alleged to have arisen from injuries inflicted upon Mrs. Jones through the negligence of appellant, in causing a violent jar or jerk by which she was thrown to the platform of a car from which she was seeking to alight at Troup, Tex. The cause was tried by jury and resulted in a verdict and judgment for appellees in the sum of $15,000.
