Affirming.

Grene Huff appeals from a judgment of the Campbell Circuit Court dismissing his petition for a writ of habeas corpus.

On May 6, 1950, Huff and three others were indicted for receiving stolen property. Each of the defendants entered a plea of not guilty, but later withdrew the plea and entered a plea of guilty. On June 16, 1950, a jury fixed the punishment of each at confinement in the State Reformatory for a term of three years, and on the same day the court entered an order postponing rendition of *657judgment and placing each of the defendants on probation for a period of…
