Reversing.

Appellant, Robert Adkins, was arrested on two warrants procured by Ms father-in-law, Raymond Courtney. One warrant was for breach of peace. The other was for a peace bond pursuant to Section 382 of the Criminal Code of Practice. On the evening of the arrest, which was September 26, 1950, appellant was released on bond of $100 in each case. Five days later trial was held on both warrants before the Honorable Thomas J. Ready, Police Judge of the City of Lexington. At the close of the testimony, the breach of peace charge was dismissed but the court required appellant to…
