— Reversing.

The evidence in this record is far from clear. It indirectly appears, from the evidence, that a drawing was made on the floor in front of the jury and used on the trial, hut no map or drawing accompanies the record. As nearly as we have been able to determine the facts,, they are substantially as follows:
