MEMORANDUM OPINION
LAMBERTH, District Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on the plaintiffs Motion [13] to Enforce Settlement Agreement, filed April 22, 2004. Upon consideration of the plaintiffs Motion, the opposition thereto, the reply, the applicable law, and the entire record herein, the Court concludes that the plaintiffs Motion will be granted. In order to best enforce the settlement agreement, the Court will enter an order requiring the defendants to pay $150,000 into the Court’s registry.
