MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiffs filed this diversity action against Defendant alleging manufacturers’ products liability, breach of warranty, and failure to warn regarding an allegedly defective femoral implant surgically implanted into Plaintiff David Reed. Myriad motions have been filed in this case. First, Defendant has filed a motion to exclude the testimony of Plaintiffs’ expert. (See Def.’s Mot. to Exclude, Dkt. Nos. 55 & 57).
