This was an action for a balance alleged to be due for services under a written contract. The plaintiff has appealed from an adverse decision of the trial court. In the petition, filed December 18, 1946, plaintiff gave his address as Wichita and alleged the defendants are partners doing business at Wichita as the Wichita Distributing Company engaged in the wholesale distribution of beer and equipment for beer parlors in Sedgwick and adjoining counties; that the Dunn-Ostertag Packing Company is a corporation doing business at Wichita; that…
