The only question in this case is whether the conveyance from Ross Burget to Henry E. Sleeth and wife was made in good faith or whether it was fraudulent as to creditors. The evidence bearing upon this issue was written, consisting of depositions *167and documents; only one witness testified orally, and his testimony related solely to the value of the land.
