The Court has entered an amended order to dispose of cross-motions for summary judgment made by the Plaintiff, by Defendants The Norman Vinitsky Residuary Trust (“the Vinitsky Trust”), Shirley Vinitsky, and Sidney Kaplan, and by Defendants Svihel Enterprises, Inc.
