In a suit on a promissory note of the smn of four hundred and twelve dollars, plaintiff sued on an attachment of defendant’s *791property, consisting of goods, wares and merchandise, on the alleged ground of the debtor’s intention to dispose of the same in fraud of Ms creditors.

On motion of the defendant, the writ of attachment was dissolved as having been wrongfully obtained. That judgment hawing been affirmed by the Court of Appeal, is now final.
