Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Fred W. Eggert, J.), rendered April 28, 1986, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of murder in the second degree and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of from 15 years to life, unanimously affirmed.

Viewing the evidence in a light most favorable to the prosecution (People v Malizia, 62 NY2d 755, 757, cert denied 469 US 932), we find it legally sufficient to establish the defendant’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, and we are satisfied that the verdict was not against the weight of the evidence (CPL 470.15 [5]).
