WADE, Justice.

Wayne Crowder was convicted of the crime of grand larceny and appeals from such judgment and the sentence thereon.

The record discloses that appellant had been employed off and on by Mr. Eottini, who operates a dairy and farm near,Murray, Utah, for about two or three years prior to the time the offense was committed. During the time he was employed by Mr. Rottini, he and his wife and stepson occupied two rooms in the home of his employer which had been converted into a small apartment for the use of his employees by Mr. Rottini.
